The Golden Eagle Lodge is a charming spot with lovely views and a great location near the ski area. While the property itself is beautiful and spacious, the rooms can be hit or miss depending on ownership, with some being quite dated. The amenities are decent, but with some areas needing attention, particularly in service and dining.
I had an amazing stay at Golden Eagle Lodge; it felt like a hidden gem in the White Mountains. The views from our room were simply stunning, and the facilities, including the indoor pool, were enjoyable but could be a bit cooler. The staff was delightful, making our check-in smooth and easy. While everything was clean and well-kept, a few minor improvements could enhance the experience, such as slightly warmer pool water. Overall, it was a great value for money with all the amenities offered.
I recently stayed at the resort, and while the views were breathtaking and the amenities were plentiful, there were a few downsides. The location is perfect for accessing various activities, but the room left something to be desired in terms of maintenance. Overall, it's a great place for families, especially for those looking to enjoy skiing and other winter fun.
I had a wonderfully peaceful stay at this resort, with plenty of amenities and activities available. The staff were incredibly helpful, which added to the enjoyment of my visit. However, I did encounter some issues with one of my rooms, and the dining options were limited during the off-season. Overall, it was a relaxing retreat that I would recommend despite the minor drawbacks.
Our stay at the lodge was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spacious and had stunning mountain views, which made our experience feel luxurious. The amenities were a highlight, especially with access to the indoor pool and a well-equipped kitchen. While the overall service was prompt, there were times when reaching the staff via phone was a bit challenging. Still, the location couldn't be better, conveniently close to various outdoor activities and the town center. Overall, it felt like a great value for a relaxing getaway.
